[SPECIAL DESIGN] These sharp drill bits have a specially designed arc curve head that allows you to drill accurate, smooth, and neat holes without any burrs. This design also helps in removing sawdust faster, making your work more efficient, even when drilling through end-grain and knots.

[MATERIAL] The cutting edge of these drill bits is made of K30 monolithic tungsten carbide, which boasts a hardness of ≥90HRA and a bending strength of >1900N/cm2. It is also resharpenable, ensuring a longer service life. These drill bits are known for their high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. The shank of the drill bits is made of steel 45#.

[SPECIFICATIONS] The drill bits have a drilling diameter of 35mm (1-3/8 inch) and a shank diameter of 10mm. They can drill to a depth of 54mm and have a total length of 88mm.

[APPLICATIONS] These drill bits are suitable for cutting holes into various materials, including solid wood, softwood, hardwood, plywood, MDF, chipboard, as well as plastic, rubber, and fiberglass.
