Introducing the #AMS-140, a specially designed tool for shaping aluminum composite materials (ACM) with flat bottom v-grooves. This innovative tool allows for routing v-shaped grooves, which involves removing the aluminum cover and a portion of the polyethylene core, enabling easy folding or creasing of the remaining material by hand.
The #AMS-140 is especially suitable for fabricating wall panels. It comes with a three-piece carbide tipped v-groove kit that includes 90, 108, and 135 degree angles, allowing for double edge folding of ACM panels. The kit also includes the necessary tools, namely 45792, 45795, and 45798, as well as a 1/4 inch shank router bit set.
