Amana Tool 49647 Bead Stile & Rail Carbide Set
Our profile cutters are a versatile and unique series that can be used for general profile routing, glass doors and windows, and stile and rail work. It is important to note that the panel groove and stub tenon need to be cut separately. The inverted hand cutters are specifically designed to create copes that fit perfectly into the profiles made by the corresponding regular bits. Moreover, the inverted head allows for profiling edges that regular profile bits cannot reach. These 1/4" Shank bits are compatible with any router and all come with ball bearing guides, either on the tip or the shank. The set includes #49647, Type 49644, and 49646, as well as the carbide-tipped bead stile and rail with a 1/4 inch Shank, Type 49644, and 49646.
