The Kowood Tongue and Groove Set is perfect for flawlessly producing Shaker rails and stiles for cabinet doors, flooring, paneling, and many other projects. This set of bits is designed to raise or lower the cutter for corresponding tongue or groove. It operates like a reversible glue joint, where one piece of stock is cut face up and the corresponding piece is cut face down for a perfect match. The bits are carbide tipped for durability.

The gap in between the groove can be adjusted using the fine adjustment shims (thickness: 0.2mm, 0.5mm) that come with the set. Customers can adjust the fit with the tongue, whether they are using hardwood, undersized plywood, or a veneer product.
