Tongue and Groove Router Bit Set

The gap in between the groove can be adjusted using the included fine adjustment shims. The solid hardened steel bodies and anti-kickback design guarantee durability and safety. The bits are also coated with a heat resistant material to prevent sawdust, resin, and pitch build-up.

Included in the package are one Tongue Router Bit and one Groove Router Bit. The body material is made of #45 carbon steel, while the blades are made of YG6 carbide alloy. The tooth width and depth are both 1/4", and the balance tolerance is +/- .003". These bits can handle template thicknesses ranging from 13-19mm.
