This matching Tongue and Groove router bit set is designed to cut a 1/4" thick tongue into stock that is up to 3/4" thick. It has a cutting depth of 1/2" and a shank diameter of 1/2". The pre-shimmed set comes in a beautiful wooden box and includes additional shims in case any further adjustments are needed.
The set includes 2 bits which are used to create tongue and groove joints for various projects including flooring, rail and stile, and many more. The blades of the bits are made from premium C3 micro-grain tungsten carbide, ensuring a sharper and longer lasting edge.
These router bits are designed for use on table mount routers and have undergone silver induction brazing to provide maximum strength and durability.
